For years, IW Junior has empowered students by offering them a unique platform to establish their own companies. This initiative has been instrumental in equipping students with career orientation, economic insights, and essential qualifications. However, the backbone of this initiative, the JUNIOR online database known as JODA, began to hinder its growth due to its outdated looks and functionalities.
The Challenge
As the JUNIOR student companies expanded and diversified, the limitations of the JODA system became increasingly evident. It struggled to cater to the varied needs of the different age groups and educational levels involved in the initiative. The fragmented approach, especially with other offers for schools and teachers being managed in separate systems, added to the complexity.
The Solution
The roadmap to revitalization was clear and phased:
- Development of a Contemporary Portal: The first step was to design a new portal using NoCode Tools. This would be a comprehensive platform, aiming to unify various offers, users, and content areas.
- Release of the MVP: Once the foundational design was in place, the MVP was released. This allowed for real-world testing and gathering of initial feedback.
- Iterative Enhancement: Post the MVP release, the focus shifted to refining and enhancing the portal based on user feedback and evolving needs.
